Loretta & Ben held their wedding at TOURISTS, a hidden gem of the Berkshires in the art-centric city of North Adams. Along with the more typical Western nuptial traditions, the weekend also included a tea ceremony to honor family members and door games (a staple at Chinese weddings in which the groom & groomsmen must pass a series of challenges to see the bride). On the morning of the wedding, the rain paused for a walk through the quiet, tree-lined paths to the suspension bridge for their portraits, and gave them the outdoor ceremony they had envisioned before the clouds broke. As the rain fell, spirits were high under the twinkling tent as guests enjoyed a delicious family-style dinner and listened to tearful toasts before dancing into the night.
